Ryan Griffin to Port Elliott/Goolwa in the Greater Southern Footy League (back where it all began)

Who's he? The name sounds vaguely familiar.

I get up that way a fair bit (the in laws have a place in Victor Harbor). I will definitely try to catch a game and would love to shake his hand.

So it's a bit like the Melton or Werribee of South Australia? Although Melbourne and Melton and Werribee are getting closer all the time because they seem to build 1000 houses a day in between the three of them.

Yeah I was just kidding. I am familiar with the area, my with is from Reynella. She has relatives involved in the Strathalbyn footy club.
Poor old Cryan Gryffindor is going to have his work cut out - his new team didn't win a game this season.
Re: Following our ex's...................
I get confused how players retire through injury which has apparently got too bad, then go and play in local leagues .

The training and playing demands of the AFL as compared to a local league are worlds apart.
Depends on the injury of course but if his back is the issue then I would imagine dramatically decreasing the kms he has to cover in training and games would make things much easier.

No, more like Adelaide's retirement village. Beautiful part of Australia. Goolwa is the mouth of the Murray River.

With redpath it’s his knees so I imagine that would be a problem no matter what grade I Would have thought.
