It's everywhere. I've unfortunately succumbed to it this past week, and I was relatively careful and low key from a social perspective the weeks prior.
Oh wow bummer mate.
Hope you're feeling better soon.
I hear if you slap two fish together 3 times at midnight it helps with the symptoms. A lot of people are saying it, many many, so many people.

Hope you will be ok.
Daughter and two house mates have it and are isolating at home. They have been ill with it, as daughter and one other girl are asthmatic, and the male living with them really copped it hard.
My daughter says alot of their friends have it.
Make sure you keep hydrated, even use Hydrolyte. We also bought her an oximetre to monitor her.

Sounds harder to do in suppository format but I'll give it a shot. Cheers for the well wishes.

Thanks. Staying super hydrated, and using Hydralyte and drinking water as if I'm simulating hangover conditions.
Hope your daughter and her friends come good quickly.

Stay well. I've been keeping a very low profile and really a trip to the supermarket to look at their empty shelves is my limits most weeks.

Gee wiz it’s everywhere. Hope she’s ok…! We’ve already nearly doubled the entirety of last year’s cases in 11 days.

Hopefully this is the beginning of the end. The virus mutates into something more mild, becomes endemic, it’s so prevalent that herd immunity becomes a factor and we just live our lives. No restrictions, no mandates.
Re: Preseason Training 2022
Clearly having an impact on the league.
"Well over 100 AFL players contracted COVID-19 during the summer break, in a measure of how the pandemic’s Omicron surge has spread among younger adults.
While AFL sources acknowledged that the number of men’s players who had the virus in recent weeks exceeded 100, a survey of several clubs indicates that the number is likely far higher and could surpass 200 players".

I wonder if that's really a thing without vaccinations. From what I understand your antibodies post getting sick drop off over time (or that Israeli study people were using to try and promote natural immunity suggests it does) so while it can provide strong immunity at first it's more temporary than a vaccine (even if it's not permanent either and you need boosters etc)
