Agree. I would rather have an older player that has been with us for a long time than bringing in a 30 plus year old from another club. Of our older players, we have Tory about to turn 33, then...

    Re: List Sizes

To me this is total incompetence that this can't be sorted out. I know they are trying to tie it in with the CBA, but that should not come into it. Clubs, players need to make plans.
  12. Re: Always Right Match Committee - Round 1 of the finals vs Eagles or Saints

That is all I would be worried about to.

If he came in, who would you drop? For me it would be Roarke, although he did some nice things last week.

No to Billy Gowers for finals footy :)
  14. Re: Always Right Match Committee - Round 1 of the finals vs Eagles or Saints

Looks like Wallis and Naughton will be available and Vandermeer and Suckling are a test, so we have some tough decisions to make for the Saints match.

I would still go with no change at this stage.

I was furious after that game, we let it slip away in the last. I was with a Melbourne supporting mate and could hardly even congratulate him.

I think we are a different team from when we played them back then, and with 4 or 5 different players with some good ins, we should be more competitive.
