Argh! You want the 2020 Player movement thread. Waiting on a mod to change this thread title back to Retirements/Delistings, or something to that effect.

Lol, wrong thread, this is the delisting/retirement thread that has been mysteriously renamed to confuse us all!

Re: All Australian squad of 40

Not really a great measure given the likes of Dusty, Danger and Bont would have inevitably kicked more goals as full time forwards.

Perhaps an extra forward and one less mid in the forward line...

Same! I couldn't figure out where it had gone and then saw 2 threads named pretty much the same thing. There's a rogue mod out there somewhere!

    Re: AFL Player Movements 2020

Ben Reid has retired immediately after yet another injury setback.

Will Schofield to retire at the end of the season.

PS: Why on earth has this retirement/delisting thread been renamed "AFL...

Re: All Australian squad of 40

Agree. I don't mind the likes of Danger, Dusty, Bont, Petracca or Fyfe being named there as they all spend time forward (some more than others) and all are elite when they play there. This is...

Re: Welcome to the Westernbulldogs Ryan Gardner

Would much prefer Ryan Gardner thinking he's Ryan Gardner than Billy Gowers thinking he's Caleb Daniel.
  12. Re: Western Bulldogs Game Day V St. Kilda - Week 1 2020 Elimination Final Two

But anybody can fly from SA to Queensland, they are only restricting Vic and NSW now. For example I would have thought reasonable airfares would encourage plenty of SA residents to take a Queensland...
  13. Re: Western Bulldogs Game Day V St. Kilda - Week 1 2020 Elimination Final Two

You would think the airlines would want to get people flying again, or are people that desperate they are willing to pay an exorbitant price?

You got tonights Powerball numbers too?
  15. Re: I hate the St Kilda Matchup - Tell me how we win this game???

Nobody is significantly faster than Rohan, he's consistently been measured as one of the quickest in the league by GPS data.

    Re: This years flag

We can't play Richmond in a prelim. It would either be in a semi if they lose to Brisbane, or a Grand Final.

    Re: 2020 Player movement

    Melbourne apparently interested in Polec.

Higgins told he can explore his options for a longer deal if he wishes (North won't extend his deal past 2021). Cats and Saints interested.

    Re: Delists, Retirements - 2020

Injuries have ultimately cost him. Although he was never going to live up the hype he should still have been a solid 250+ game player. He still ended up with 174 games which is a decent career. There...

What happened to him this year? Looked promising late last season but couldn't get a game this year, even when Melbourne were struggling early on. Maybe get him back to Footscray?

    Re: List Management for 2020/21

We don't necessarily need to trade players out, we can use future picks, either for additional picks in 2020 or incoming players.
