    Re: AFL Player Movements 2020

Reports that the Corr to north 'done deal' may not be as done as first thought. St Kilda apparently interested, god knows why.

Collingwood if they miss out on Gunston.
Apparently Hawks have already said no to Brown. Amazing that the top goalkicker from 2017-2019 is so out of favour.

Re: Welcome to the Westernbulldogs Ryan Gardner

    Ditto Moz.
Players knowing their limitations isn't a bad thing. Ryan's kicking is normally pretty reliable but he doesn't use it as a weapon the way Caleb or Williams do.
  5. Re: I hate the St Kilda Matchup - Tell me how we win this game???

I am confident out midfield brigade is better than theirs, but I'm really worried about the ruck situation. I think the ruck issue from R2 hasn't been resolved and they will have a significant...

    Re: List Management for 2020/21

Highly rated junior, development impacted by injury and no NEAFL this year. High character.
I imagine if we brought him in it wouldn't be as an impact player but to develop him longer term.

    Re: List Management for 2020/21

Jack Higgins would cost a packet, and after his issues I'd expect him to stay.

Lonie is out of contract and seems the most 'gettable'.

He could certainly take a turn in the centre if need be. Lipinski with pace, a bit more inside.

Re: Are left footers better players?

As a dancer I have two left feet and I wasn't a very good football player, so I'll say "depends"

    Re: List Management for 2020/21

More articles linking us with Xav O'Halloran.
At a guess I'd liken role with us as an early-years Callan Ward, although he played wing in his two games this year with GWS.

We don't need a forward, but we do need a back-up ruck.

I suspect Carlton get him, ahead of North.
  21. Re: Players we chased... and the players we put in their position

I would have hoped yes - Martin to English is a nice transition age-wise.
Timmy looks pretty capable up forward right now as a ruck/forward.
  22. Re: Players we chased... and the players we put in their position

  27. Re: Players we chased... and the players we put in their position

I think they're both in decline, if not cooked. The fact they're contracted until 2021 and 2022 respectively (on good money) makes me happy.

  28. Re: Players we chased... and the players we put in their position

Good one - the fact we chased him made Essendon overpay, which has right royally screwed them now.
In retrospect that couldn't have worked out better for us.
  29. Re: Always Right Match Committee - Round 1 of the finals vs Eagles or Saints

Richards ranks pretty high in pressure acts as a forward though?
