  1. Re: Always Right Match Committee Thread Round 14, Vs Collingwood

Cordy on De Geoy gives me shivers.
  2. Re: Three things you have learned round 13 2019 v Carlton.

    I guess on here.

You just need to read the ins and out threads or gameday ones to see it.
  3. Re: Three things you have learned round 13 2019 v Carlton.

    Its an observation and opinion.
  4. Re: Three things you have learned round 13 2019 v Carlton.

I dont think theres any doubt certain footballers get more of a chance than others with Bevo. He has his favourites.

So who currently takes the third tall?

I think one of Wood or Crozier does already and they are competent at doing it(the third tall defender usually is a HBF). I dont get the need to shoehorn...

I dont rate Roberts at all but he'd give a better contest than Cordy.
  9. Re: Always Right Match Committee Thread Round 14, Vs Collingwood

Is that the role Wood and Crozier do?

Re: Bankers and Anchors: Rnd 13, 2019, vs Carlton

I think maybe a stint up forward at Footscray may be the best thing for him, try and make that position his own.

He doesn't have the tricks or agility to play as a third tall defender imo.

Re: Bankers and Anchors: Rnd 13, 2019, vs Carlton

But we need more than just a tryer, he needs to be at least being competitive but hes not even doing that.

How he keeps getting games over Roberts and Le Young only Bevo knows. Luke has some ...

Re: Bankers and Anchors: Rnd 13, 2019, vs Carlton

He shouldnt need all this extra help tbh. Hes just not a very good AFL footballer and for some reason hes one of Bevos pets. Should make way for Le Young.

    Re: Woofer’s football career

I only played mid week school footy as i was a pretty decent junior golfer, then the hospitality industry stole my weekends so that was that.
  24. Re: Our 2nd half of Season 2019 - what will happen?

I guess its a prediction thread so the one week at a time goes out the window.

I agree we should and will beat the Blues.
  25. Re: Our 2nd half of Season 2019 - what will happen?

I could be all positive and say we'll win every game and pinch the flag, but hey its not happening.

Which games do you think we'll win?

Essendon and Saints were toss of the coin for me, but...

    1. Zaine has lost me. Battles hard but is not AFL quality, at least not top 8 quality.

    2. Losing doesnt hurt anymore again, premiership what premiership.

    3. Bottom 4, nah we are bottom 3.

    Re: Proactive Poaching

No for Smith from me, we are miles off a premiership window so all hes doing is stealing a kids spot for a season or two.

Martin fills a need and is in the right age group.
