    Re: Proactive Poaching

I saw a suggestion of Aidan Corr from GWS on another site. I don't know much about him but he's a 25 year old key defender at 195cm and 97kgs. Free agent at the end of 2020 so a deal may be possible...

    Re: Proactive Poaching

Cordy is officially listed as 193cm and 90kgs. Tomlinson is 194cm and 96kgs, the exact same measurements as Alex Rance.

I don't know if he is capable of playing key back but height alone certainly...

Sticky: Re: Injury List - 2019

At least with Sweet last week he didn't actually miss a game, but strange Cavarra is missing. It's not like we are playing games with the opposition when it comes to a player that hasn't even debuted...

Not sure why Cavarra isn't on that list? He spoke in the social club on Sunday as he was injured once again (I forget what the injury was now).

This is a rooting thread, not a prediction thread. The likelihood of results are irrelevant, it's just what we hope to happen.

We seem to have rectified the leaky defence though, the goal kicking not so much.

Re: The official 2017 TandT Who to Root for Thread

Pretty simple root this week. If Crows beat Essendon (by a lot), Richmond beat Port and we beat the Saints (by a lot) we will be in the 8.

  15. Re: Always Right Match Committee Thread Round 17, Vs Melbourne

    Melbourne:
    IN
Jake Lever, Neville Jetta, Max Gawn
    OUT
Marty Hore (Injured), Sam Weideman (Injured), Tom McDonald (Injured)

No recognised tall forward with both McDonald and Weideman out....
  16. Re: Twist in the tale: Young Dog's demotion sparks career-best form

We really do have a huge midfield now with Bont, Macrae, Dunkley and Lipinski around the 190cm mark or above. Add to that Libba, Wallis, Bailey Smith who aren't quite as tall but all powerful units...
  17. Re: Always Right Match Committee Thread Round 17, Vs Melbourne

  21. Re: Always Right Match Committee Thread Round 17, Vs Melbourne

I imagine that Pruess will remain in the team whether Gawn plays or not with McDonald out. If Gawn does play that means Pruess will be mostly forward and Trengove will be the most suitable matchup.
