Just had a look at some commentary around Logues draft year

And we need to acknowledge that both Thilthorpe and McDonald didn't have Covid interruptions prior to being drafted.
We just need to wait for Jumarra to catch up in his development.
Logue is the same height and he is deemed too small. At 193cm that is tall enough if you have some athletic traits..
As well as could be expected. Seemed to handle the pace of the game and had positive intent with his play. Early days in his development though.
We made a play for the 190cm Steven May a few years back didn't we and Jake Lever is 194cm and we would happily take both/either of them if they were interested. In most cases if you are good enough...
Not a bad suggestion for Marra given supply to the Footscray forwards isn't great but I do feel like he would benefit for a 3 or 4 goal haul there.
It's great to see the non traditional pathway...
It's a great suggestion. CHB and support ruckman but couldn't see the Cats letting him go
Gulden up forward would be more than handy for us.
How good is Errol Gulden? I'd love to have him playing with us.
I'm enjoying watch Swans stick it to Essendon. Hope they go on with it.
For about 5 minutes I kept getting flashbacks to when Clay Smith did his knee and the Saints ran over the top of us.
I put a very low level of expectation on Ugle-Hagan this year but even doing that he has been a bit disappointing. That said I'm very bullish on him in the next 12 months.
Khamis has plenty to...
How good has Khamis been? It's not like he is getting a lot of the ball but he's been impactful. This is not a knock on Marra but it highlights you don't have to get 15 possessions to make an...
Those 50mtr penalties for dissent were clearly wrong, the AFL needs to work with the umpires to tighten up on the interpretation.

If you were looking at another reason to despise GWS then apparently the AFL has indicated they wouldn't have a problem with James Hird returning to a senior coaching position.
Surely common sense...
He's talented no doubt but I wouldn't have him high on the shopping list.
I know it's just an article but 8 games into the season the club will look for a KP defender at the end of the season during trade period. We seem to be a year later in identifying that gap.
It's...
Agreed, the pressure builds on coaches and the talk that he deferred contract talks earlier in the season was an indication he was feeling the pressure.
He will find another home.
Goal kicking aside he's been very impressive, I'm not sure we can get a lot more from him without running him into the ground.
Do you have some suggestions where we might be be able to get a bit...
We all know what he can't do as a footballer but I doubt enough of us give him the full credit for what he can do.
He works hard every game and is rarely beaten.
I noticed that North hit a record as well around 46,500. Not bad for a team performing so poorly on the field
From a membership perspective footy is doing well.
Terrific observations Swoop.
Thanks
I think even the best programme's can have some blips along the way. I'm not sure if we are trailing the field, middle of the competition or just a bit out of luck but it's still early days to...
The word was West Coast didn't think he had the tank for it
I've had the privilege of talking to Chris grant a couple of times and he has a calm but determined passion for the club.
I don't think he would step away from tough decisions.
West should be considered before Arthur but we might be desperate for a good news story.
This is a point that might get lost somewhere down the track. Injuries are certainly an issue now and as Mantis has mentioned a couple of times you have to wonder why soft tissue injuries are an...
Point 3 was the real noticeable takeaway for me. Terrific spirit even though we were clearly struggling and losing control of the game.
You don't think that if Bevo said I need talls Power wouldn't go out and get them?
I think it might be harder to get the type of talls Bevo would play.

I really don't know if the list manager is accountable for the lack of KP depth but he certainly doesn't pick the selected side.
As many people here pointed out during the trade period it was a...
Like last week, we went into the game with bare bones for talls. One injury to a tall last week would have hurt us like it did tonight.
For some reason Bevo and the MC won't add much insurance to...
Apologies, thread was mistakenly closed. All fixed now
