    Re: Proactive Poaching

Itís not like JJ is 30+ (27 this year) so we have time on our side in that regard. And Vandermeer was drafted as the line breaking HB wasnít he?

    Re: Proactive Poaching

After a promising performance on the weekend you would hope Richards will be developed in this role.

Bevo mentioned at this morning's presser that assuming all get through training that there will be no change this week.

The best CHB’s in the game don’t average 20 possessions so I’m not sure why you’re expecting Young to do so.

    Really?

Others have mentioned it, but are you taking the piss?

Itís hard to get enthused by this.. thereís a solid level of effort (which should be a given) and our mids get thousands of touches, but we arenít fun to watch.

    Change needs to occur.

  20. Re: Always Right Match Committee Thread Round 14, Vs Collingwood

We have about 10 HBF’s in the side so Richards will play where he’s put.. in more interested in his intensity around the ball as there’s been lots of short steps and half hearted attempts this...

Curnow should be a good match-up for Cordy, but he didn't play shoulder to shoulder and got caught out of position way too often... and when he did he was forced to...

1/ Our inability to curb momentum swings is frustrating.

2/ It's an extremely important last 10 games for a number of players on our list who are treading water.

    3/ As per other comments...

In our last 3 games against Carlton Cripps has had 32, 29 & 37 touches... it seems it isn't in our DNA to try and shut down Cripps based on these numbers.

And whilst it's good to be positive based...
  40. Re: Our 2nd half of Season 2019 - what will happen?
