    Re: Essendon

They need to stay right where they're at imo.

They have a laughably toxic culture and I think the fact that it was Essendon Dunkley "wanted" to go to gave us more confidence in our negotiations...

Re: Under the Pump for 2021

Am I alone I need thinking Cordy was really good last season? He played with the confidence of a much better player and it did his game wonders.

Re: Welcome to the Westernbulldogs Adam Treloar

You can’t claim on that for gross human error. If he’s made the mistake that’s being implied then I’m thinking he might not be in the parasite business too much longer.

Re: Under the Pump for 2021

And he only wasn’t traded because GWS wussed out. Never forget that this Richmond team is only good by accident, their captain is a coward and whoever you throw a dart at to call their sixth best...

Re: Welcome to the Westernbulldogs Adam Treloar

So this is obviously because they didn’t get to discount their Beams payout right? Seems smackingly obvious in light of that somehow thoughtful 7news article

Jarrad Grant and Paddy Veszpremi. They could both still make it I reckon.

Re: Welcome to the Westernbulldogs Adam Treloar

I know that the AFL like to think that they operate in a bubble and can make up rules to fix issues as they arise, but this is very illegal in the real world. Pies need to grow up here.

Any surer thing than Schache getting outbodied and Bruce dropping the mark there?

    Re: Ekers

I really believe that GWS's insistance on playing guys like Reid cost them Caldwell and Hately and has been one of the root causes of their problem with talent retention over their history. So salute...
  14. Re: Recruiting Treloar and Martin? Have we done the right thing?

I think differently on Martin. He's gonna play every week and Tim is gonna play as a key forward with a license to roam. The Saints and Port have laid a great blueprint for this with Marshall and...

    Re: Round 1 Team - 2021

Okay this might have been hyper bowl but since you asked and I do not want to do any work:

    Tier A:
    Martin (if he counts)
    Bont
    Fyfe
    Neale
    Danger

    Tier B
  16. Re: Are You Sick Of The Afl Changing Rules Every Year

Nah you're wrong. Its gonna be awesome and me and all my friends have been demanding it, Steve Hocking told me so.
  17. Re: Are You Sick Of The Afl Changing Rules Every Year

I loved the justification of making "more Dustin Martin moments". You could play the game with 11 a side and a round ball and Ronaldo couldn't make more Dustin Martin moments.

  23. Re: Treloar as an outside mid - Please explain.

I was citing it more as a way he could fit into what we're trying to do, as at first glance we absolutely do not need another centre square midfielder. You're right in saying that he's never done it...

Is there a reason he couldn't be? He has all the tools and he's not been played there only due to playing a "better" position with the Pies.
