  1. Re: How good was....Terry Wallace? And why the nickname "Plough"?

He certainly had a 'me first' approach as a player which wasn't as noticeable across the playing group then like it is now
He left Hawthorn because they played him as a HBF in a final which sort of...
  2. Re: This maybe controversial but........ I'm almost over Bob.

I previously mentioned him at club events but perhaps I just need to hear another voice

Poll: Re: Rating our list 2020 Brad Lynch 36

He certainly has some AFL skills but he just doesn't get enough of the ball to become a required player.
If he gets a chance or two this year he needs to make the most of it.

    Re: Footy isn't far away

I just saw some highlights of the training session and what caught my eye is that Gia was on the field directing traffic
We obviously preferred him to Corey and Russell
  6. Re: This maybe controversial but........ I'm almost over Bob.

I have forced myself to listen to all of this afternoons show. I mostly enjoy Andy Maher and Bob is OK it's just that he seems to pitch himself as the guy who chases the story behind the story and...

    A shorter version

Aaron Naughton is in doubt for round two after joining the rehab group when Western Bulldogs players returned to training this week ahead of the AFL season restart.

We owe them and it will be great if we can get a solid win and of course curtail Greene's input. He's a smug so and so

On top of that Carlisle has gone forward against us and has caused match-up issues. Marshall is handy up forward as well

If it was up to me Young and/or Trengove would be right in the mix

I saw some training pictures the other day, I think Trengove has lost a bit of weight and is probably presenting himself in the best possible condition for consideration.

Bains mentions needing to see a sponsor in a face to face meeting. Given the challenges many businesses are facing it wouldn't be surprising if we lost some sponsors along the way.

At his best he was a brilliant footballer, one of the best. He had a penetrating kick off either foot and worked harder than just about every other player.
