    Re: Injury List 2018

Again.......another bulldog long term spirit shattering injury list with similar names and level of importance. Hard not to be pessimistic.
  2. Re: Game Day Round 1, 2018 - GWS Giants V Western Bulldogs at UNSW Canberra Oval

I don’t wish to plead poor but here is a difference between the top clubs like Geelong and ours.

Libba comes back from a season ending injury and does his ACL.....again. We’re told he’s unlucky...
  3. Re: Game Day Round 1, 2018 - GWS Giants V Western Bulldogs at UNSW Canberra Oval

Mark my words......the worst thing to come out of today is the injury to Libba......it just completely saps the spirit of the club. What do we now build from?

We still have a lot of...

Re: JLT Practise Match 2 v Collingwood

Up until the injury I don’t think I’ve seen Roughy ruck better.....was jumping high and confidently. Also loved Dahlhaus’ forward work......that’s where he should play. Searching for positives.

Re: JLT Practise Match 2 v Collingwood

Talk about an over reliance on Bont and JJ as matchwinners.....and Caleb and MaCrae as playmakers. Talk it down as much as you like our evenness is also our weakness. We look like a bottom six team.

Re: JLT Practise Match 1, v Hawthorn

A fit Adams will make Collin’s very nervous.
An in form Naughton will make Roberts nervous but give us confidence to play Wood elsewhere.

    Re: 2018 season game plan

Whatever our mix of talls up forward, I think a fit combination of smalls including Dickson, Dahlhaus and Dale will be critical. Dahlhaus must play forward.

    Re: Team set-up 2018

Is there any reason why Adams can’t play a Stringer type role up forward? He has the power and the explosiveness but unlike Stringer, he can mark overhead.
  22. Re: The Worst Injury You've Seen To A Bulldogs Player?

Agree....horrible day. Remember being in the Whitten Stand watching him being loaded into the ambulance out the back.
  23. Re: Travis Cloke - What role will he play in our team?

Would like to see Crameri retained.....we don't have many natural forwards.

  31. Re: What type of players do we need to target this trade period?

Agree on Dahl and Adams playing forward more. I don't however think Adams chooses poor options, he just doesn't execute them well.....mainly when going short by hand or foot.
