Just flicked on the WA Derby. Been a close first quarter.

North are about as hard as a poo sandwich.

Seriously, they've been at this rebuild business for 7-8 years and they're no better than mid table without many chances at moving beyond that.

They're too vanilla, and not hard enough to make up for their lack of flair (acknowledge they have a few out).

Yep - North are crap. Mentally as weak as you can get.

Interesting that there's about 6 teams on 16 points at the moment. Considering our tough draw, a top 3 or 4 pick and therefore a KPF is possible.

Or conversely, if we actually find ourselves in the unlikely position of winning more games than you and I might think we can we could find ourselves with our lowest draft pick in three years!

Don't think it'll happen, and now I'm willing to wear the negativity around this place a run of losses will bring if it means we'll get a top five pick......not condoning tanking of course..............

That's because they keep appointing dud coaches on the cheap.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Good to see Brad Scott is more interested in telling off Tom Rockliff for teasing Brent Harvey rather than worrying about North's on field issues.

Or Jono Brown's farewell speech. Scott and Harvey make a great little team of whingers.

I didn't think Laidley was that bad, just had shit players and no resources for a lot of the time he was there. Plus he talked of himself in the third person a bit much.

Norf just don't have the cattle. If I could think of a club that is suffering from not bottoming out properly coupled with the inclusion of the expansion teams it's them.

Brad Scott went the wrong way with teaching them to play with flair first and foremost, misreading the play and trying to play catch up footy with toughness and accountability as an after thought. It's probably going to cost hims career, and aside from the whingeing I don't think he's a dud coach.

Scott should have been up with browny giving him a hug and a hand shake, after all they were teammates in 3 flags

Bring that the AFL coaches policy is the same for players... Can someone supply Brad Scott with TB4 so we can get a two year break from this garbage. He is by far the best coaching knob and it's unfair on Malthouse, Roos or Lyon...

Scott must have incriminating photos over Brayshaw. You can always rely on him to ruin the afterglow post match, he's bad for the game, seriously bad for the game.

Have to wonder where North would be if Buckley had taken their offer.
