Re: Damien Barrett what's his agenda ?

two senior football department officials from other clubs can vividly recall conversations about Dahlhaus in trade period last year, without being prompted ...
Maybe they were talking to one another about Dal and we were never approached?

Spotty Barrett is really of his little tree

Beveridge did seem to protest too much.

I wonder if Mr Barrett is the reason AFL players are being asked to call out 'fake news'.

How come it took until round one to bring it up ?
Kept it in the cupboard for what reason ?
    Agenda is pretty obvious.

Does anyone find it super irritating that his “Sliding Doors” entries are not even sliding door moments? Why doesn’t he call it “if” and “then”?

    What a dipstick.

I find it funny he says we will let you make up your own mind. Well if that's the case why say it. Your not letting people make up their own mind your trying to influence it.

The way that is worded the 'conversation ' could have been

    "We're interested in Dahlhaus."

    "He's not available for trade"
    And its still technically true.

Barrett is a straight out weasel.

The club pretty much wrote this weeks sliding doors for him.

    WESTERN BULLDOGS

    If
it wasn't for the issues at the Crows and Magpies ...
    then
there would have been a lot more headlines about this club this week. And as for that cock-up with Redpath, very embarrassing.

This bloke hasn't learnt a thing. He tried to rubbish us before and we ended up with a flag and the last laugh. Keep going Barrett, I dare ya!

Dicky Knee from Hey Hey it's Saturday. ( For those of us old enough to remember it! ) I sort of visualise him as being the face of this faceless character.

Man's not wrong - the effort last weekend was a disgrace and the Redpath mix-up was straight up embarrassing.

    Well...true. Can't argue with that.

Purple reporting on TFS that there are "internal communication" issues at the Club. Says that Bevo pushed for Schache, Dalrymple and J-Mac were against it, and that Dal was "shut out" of the draft period. Says several clubs passed on Schache before we picked him up.

Of course offered no names or specifics on the communication issues, but asserted that his info came from within the club.
