I remember reading about him a while ago. Was the best thing to come out of Tassy until Peter Hudson came along! No idea if he meets the above criteria but I know he is from Tassy and kicked a crap load of goals and played for Footscray at some point!

Played through the 2000 season, retiring as a dual premiership player.
