So I'm assuming it was a pre-99 draftee and therefore one I don't know.

Our first round mids post 1999 were Murphy, McMahon, Power, Faulkner, Cooney, Ray, Griffen, Higgins, Ward, Howard, Smith, Macrae, Bontempelli and none of them qualify so it must've been someone who played in 1997/98.

Super Mcpherson was from Tassie but only played with the dogs.

I was traded to an interstate team for a player and that trade resulted in a pick coming back to us that we used to secure a champion of the club.
