    My next clue following on from thinking outside the box was to think inside the box
    The OP didn't put limitations on players only so I thought I'd mix it up.
    But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.

    After a brief career at the Bulldogs I became the first Indigenous Australian to set foot on Antarctica.

    I seem to recall reading about it as I was looking up trips to Antarctica. My friend did one of those trips where you fly to South America then take a cruise around Antarctica and stop at various points and do activities like kayaking, short hikes etc.

    I am starting to forget which players we have done, but here it goes.

    I was originally from The Gippsland area but started my football career at Central districts in SANFL. I was drafted by WB in the 90's and debuted as a midfielder at the age of 24. I played less than 10 games.

    Sorry guys I went to school with kid called Col Marcri many, many years ago.

    I am the only player recruited from another VFL club to captain Footscray for the last 50 years.
