Re: Following our ex's...................
Congratulations to Jakey Boy on getting that bag and then immediately giving up in world record time. He’s back up to his playing weight too, which to me suggests his preparation might not have been exemplary.
NAILED that goal in junk time though.

Re: Following our ex's...................
It's kind of a shame.
Take off our bitter hat and here's a guy who looked like he could conceivably become the best player in the game at one point.
On the way home from the game, I commented he's the most unfulfilled player I've probably seen play for the club.
He was invisible on Sunday and has been largely since 2015, outside of a few patches.

The fact that he got the ball directly and easily out of the centre to help Wright kick multiple goals doesn't register?

Re: Following our ex's...................
Jake is a guy who really needs an uninterrupted pre-season. He was borderline flying last year and came 5th in their B and F and was in the AA conversation.
This year injured again and he is struggling.

Probably his best game, with 5 centre clearances, but he needs to find more of the ball, and I don't think he has the ability to do that.
He averages 13 disposals per game and that is with midfield time.

His 13 disposal game that day was more influential that any of Parish's 35+ disposal games
Lets face it - when he's on song, Jake is an absolute star but he's Jarrad Grant in a lot of ways - his best is as good as it gets but you're rarely going to see it. He's pretty much de Goey if you order him from Wish.com

I don't disagree, but I am happy for him to be at Essendon.
He has wasted his talent.

Perhaps it is just a day we refuse to remember, but Jakey cost us top 4 that day.
Wonder what was different about Jake Stringer in 2021 that might not apply in 2022.

Are you implying that Jake Jakey “The Package” Jakey Boy Stringer might be selective with his efforts on field and on the track when there’s money on the line?
Because yes.
