Not when its Them .
They loved doing that to us, and enjoyed rubbing it in

Re: Round 17 Discussion
If this was the Western Bulldogs the narrative would be the future of the club.
Please don't feel any empathy for them

Re: Round 17 Discussion
30 tackles for Carlton despite 460 Hawks touches. That's 7 per quarter. On 30 minute quarters that's one tackle every 4.5 minutes over the game.
That's nothing with better skills or anything else other than attitude and application.
Real Madrid 4 - Carlton 4

Re: Round 17 Discussion
Eddie Mcguire's just spruiked the afl should be helping Carlton and Essendon out .
Seriously Eddie ? The competition needs them firing according to 5 chins .
Spare me

Re: Round 17 Discussion
Why should they help out Essendon ?
What's the reasoning there ?
Bring back the biff

Re: Round 17 Discussion
Carlton have fallen a long way as a club in my life time. To think they were once as plucky, or even more obnoxious than Essendon fans. In an era where it has been a little more difficult to blatantly cheat, they've really struggled. It is fantastic, a tragic tale. They are an insignificant rabble.

Carlton along with Essendon are clubs I hate the most. I sent my Hawthorn mate a text tonight saying Thankyou.

A tragic present.
A present for the rest of us.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Re: Round 17 Discussion
Should we just hand Hawthorn the cup now and call off the rest of the season.

Re: Round 17 Discussion
Hawthorn are beatable. I'd love to stop them using the ball as well as they do.

Re: Round 17 Discussion
I wonder how the networks are feeling over their rigged draw on Friday nights. The only draw card they are getting is the sadistic nature in all of us watching Carlton get their pants pulled down on prime time tv.
I still maintain that the AFL should have a lottery draw before the season for round one and then the computer generates the playing order after that with a fixed pattern to place the draw. They could televise the draw and make a bit of a show out of it.
Then the draw is a draw and fair fixturing to all the teams in the comp.

Have you seen Chris Judds tackling stats this season before he was injured? (And especially before Malthouse was sacked). Basically non existent.

Now that you mention it in the C. Judd highlight reel in my head there isn't one tackle I remember at Carlton. Plenty at West Coast but after his shoulders went nothing.
