I really liked having the crowd involved on the night, but if they want to make an event of the draft, have a proper crack.
I agree. The halved arsed attempt at copying the NFL system won't work. The file footage that they have from college and high schools games is massive and let's face it, it is because college football is massive buisness.

Unless the u18 comps becomes a sport which people follow in massive numbers and the dollars are put into the sport at that level. I can't see the afl being able to mimic anything close to what the NFL do.

I didn't mind the telecast, but it needs to be a bit more slick and the host, or someone else needs to read out the picks with no delay between registering on computer and telling the audience. I didn't enjoy having to flip between stations.

Pretty much everything but skinny, outside, flaky types. Works for us though, one less team to compete with.

Nah. They could always do with another.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

    Can you be more specific?

I would have thought that they might need another 1 or 2 inside mids, but the rest of their balance looks quite balanced.

    2 observations:

    - Bailey Williams is a big lump of a lad for a mid/flanker.
    - Our medical staff really need to address that growth on JDs butt.
