    Where's the Hopper bid?

Bombers didn't bid on Hopper with pick 6 - should change the flow of the rest of the top 30

Edit - Gold Coast just bid on him at pick 7

Some pretty handy players for Essendon. Really like Francis.

I think ultimately all clubs will have academies/zones and a bidding system on draft day. When equitable, will be good.

Bit of reaching for some talls particularly McKay and Weideman?

Wouldn't be surprised if McKay and Weideman both turn out to be busts. Just don't scream out dominant key forwards.

Carlton pick Charlie Curnow with their 11 trade from us. Really hope he doesn't turn out a champ.

If it's true he was the one we wanted to trade down for there may be some heads shaking in the Dog's camp at the moment
