Re: The Moving Rolling De-Listing/Trading Thread 2016
If Deledio comes, we almost need Hamling to go.

Cordy to the Hamling role and Deledio to the Cordy Role ?

Richmond have to be realistic with their demands considering he can walk as a free agent at the end of next year. The compensation pick they would then receive would be second round at best.

You want Deledio to play centre half forward? I think Cloke or Crameri will fill the Cordy role.

I don't want or think Deledio could fill the role I was asking a question.

Re: The Moving Rolling De-Listing/Trading Thread 2016
Giants defender Joel Patfull has called time on his AFL career, after 220 games with Brisbane and GWS.
In a strange twist, the 31-year-old will be selected by the Giants in the rookie draft next month.
The move will see Patfull rookie-listed by the Giants in 2017, but only as GWS need to adhere to the Total Player Payment obligations and fulfill a required player payment.

More for list space, and draft picks because we are going to be giving up something decent for Deledio.
The Tigers wanted Caddy from the Cats...is Koby Stevens and a pick equivalent? How good is Caddy?
Trading does still make me nervous because we've seen in recent years that we've been saved by dumb luck (Lobbe) more than sound decision making. Hope we don't get too excited about this and blow our plans.

Player Manager Colin Young on Trade Radio: Premiership Bulldog Joel Hamling will likely decide by Friday if he will seek a trade to Fremantle.

I thought that with an ex-Bomber. Once they're in our colors it's easy to forget their past.
Not sure on the Deledio chat, seems like a bit of player manager fluff to me.

Entirely possible but you'd think Dimma would be on the blower to Bevo, or at least Hartley to JMac about how keen we are. I honestly believe Lids is keen, we are a destination club now.
But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.

I can't see how the 2 are connected.. If Deledio comes it's more likely in my mind that we need to move on someone like HC (as well as Hrovat & Stevens)

Yep that's my thoughts. I'm not keen on anyone from Richmond.
