    Ok, regardless of the design we go with a white classic t-shirt with print would be $15 each regardless of size. I think if I order over $100 worth I get free postage. I'm getting a fee of $299.80 for 20...

    I don't plan on making any money from the sales, what they cost is what you'll get it for.
    But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.

    Once the design is locked in, put it up on red bubble. They handle printing and distribution, no need for anyone to manage inventory and postage then.

    That's how it was done with The Beard shirts back in the day and it worked fine.

    FWIW, I will buy one.
