Can't see us going with the Crows given our injuries. They have the best forward line in the competition, and strong midfield and good combination of dour defenders and good users in the back half. Laird out helps, but their depth is showing through that Henderson can slot straight in whilst Lyons is unlucky to be omitted.

Hope we remain competitive and look a bit smarter moving the ball into our forward line.

Re: Game Day Round 7 2016 - Western Bulldogs V Adelaide

Not much love for the dogs to win today on here! Personally I think we will win this one. Norf were the highest scoring team until they played us, now they are not (Adelaide are). We could've won last week if we had of taken our chances but we didn't and we lost. Norf only won by 16 points and we basically didn't play with any sort of forward structure. Daniel and Redpath change that I think. (I can't wait to play Norf with a full strength team).

A week is a long time in football they say, and they say it for good reason. Look at Hawthorn, they were beaten by 85 points against the Giants who are starting to play good football but are still hit and miss. They come out and defeat Richmond (who yes are going through a bad patch) by 46. That is still a pretty big turn around.

We are a good team and are in a good position. We lead the league in a lot of the good stats for a change and everyone is jumping off us. We are favourite in the betting odds as well. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but these threads are known to be a little on the biased side in the past. I am a little shocked to see so many backing the Crows.

    C'mon Woofers where's the optimism!!

But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.

Essential for the dogs season, the next week at work and to sway my swinging supporter daughters.
