    No, don't think it's a Doggies player. Because of the number of WA players we had, the Sandgropers used to train there.

    Its Shorty Daniels for sure. He looks like he is standing on something. He wasnt a tall bloke at all.

    It is indeed Shorty Daniels. Looks like he found a phone book or a couple of beer cans to stand on judging from the height of his shorts compared to the blokes around him.

    How tall was he? Just over 6 foot?

    6 ft's being generous...according to an old Footy Record Shorty was fairly aptly nicknamed, coming in at a healthy 177 cms.
