It's an insanely tough job given he's barely got genuine forwards to work with on a game to game basis, and that we insist on having either everyone in the forward line or nobody in there at all.

Worst night of footy in decades. I'm gutted. So gutted. Top 4 is shot. Mitch has the hardest 2 years any footballer will have, there in front of him.
I'm just so annoyed and frustrated.
I'm gonna get drunk. Old school drunk.
Solidarity for Wally. Look, we have played without our captain, without our best small attacking mid, our best running back, not to mention all the other injuries, and yet still got top four. When Bevo says we haven't achieved anything, I don't entirely agree. Go easy.

Leg or ankle.
Did it the same way Jake did by kicking his other leg.

Libba, Stevens Jong Wallis (till injured) were all off tonight and didn't help our cause.

Yep, counting the time he rucked in the first half, he probably spent 3/4s of the game rucking or resting on the bench. Not getting paid an obvious mark was just insulting to the kid.

Thats because your asking inside mids to play half forward, full forward, forward pocket and outside the contest. On occasions it works but we are asking them to do it week in week out. Injuries hasn't help our plight but as I have said before Bevo has gone too far with his flexibility mantra.

There's definitely an element of hubris to it, though I don't know who on our list commands forward spots in place of the mids we have playing in them.

I didn't pick up Morris injured at the ground but saw Roughead play back for the second half. When did Dale go off?

Missed shots at goal also didn't help.

How bad was Suckling?
He put in a shocker. We had very few good players with Hunter Roughead and Bontempelli the stand outs. Redpath and Tom Boyd were poor up forward. Only Bonti looked capable up forward and with Libba down we lacked class in the midfield .
