In the video from the club on Ch7 tonight it caught a wonderful moment of a man hug after the match between Bob & Boyd. Great to see the two fully fledged club captains from the list embracing like that and seeing what it means to them.

The video is the ride part 5.
The footage between Murphy and Boyd to me looked like Boyd has been told he won't be playing on. I hope I'm reading too much into it.

If it helps I didn't sense that, I thought it was a tinge of sadness that the final/s was without Bob. We will know soon enough.

With no footy available, I pulled the DVD and watched the Eagles elimination final.
What a terrific game it was and Tom Boyd among others was sensational.
We actually dominated the game and despite the final margin being about 47 points, the scoreboard actually flattered West Coast.

I watched it last week. We killed West Coast, and that was no mean feat. They had come off a winning streak of 10 in a row including a win over GWS at Spotless. I think they went into the game thinking this will be an easy win.
How good was Caleb Daniel in that game, and we also had 5 changes with players coming back from injury. A very good win against a team rarely beaten at home, especially in a final.

Was this the the best game Fletcher Roberts ever filed for us?
I wish we saw more of what he brought in the first half especially. Smart, timely, low-risk interventions as required. It didn't hurt that we were breathing fire on every line and he had waves of support but he just seemed to respond the right way in the right moments.

Fletcher did not play the West Coast game. Hamling was the tall defender on Kennedy.
Roughead and Boyd shared the ruck duties and both were good contributors.
We lost Suckling and Lin Jong for the next round against Hawthorn

That's OK. There is more than enough 2016 finals magic to go around for everyone!
Corona Virus can kill me and I will die a happy man.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Suckling played against the Hawks.
Another great game from the boys after being down almost 23 points in the 2nd quarter, then getting up to over 40 points ahead in the last, then easing off as Hawks kicked a couple of junk time goals

Correct.
He went down with the Achilles before the PF allowing Fletcher Roberts to play the 2 best games of his life.
