And hearing Leigh Matthews spruiking Tom Boyd. That was a cherry on top. Now a slice of the same from Barrett.

Not likely. Barrett's article will talk about 11 goal kickers and Boyd not being one of them.

True. But the outraged camp lost its 'cred' with the call tonight and Matthews moving away. I don't mind him being isolated, looking like the petulant knob he is.

It was weird hearing the commentators praising him for the good things he was doing. Even when they talked about his contract it was starting to come back his way. Weird.

This was a performance stamped with self-belief. They were the inform team of the competition but they could not cope with our relentless pressure. We had a lot of spoils and one-percenters in the first quarter and this set the tone for the remainder of the match. We were first to the ball and swarmed over them from the get-go. We didn't allow them to settle, we starved them of time and space and they could not cope. One of our best ever wins. It was great to see John Schultz and Daniel Southern in the tooms after the game. A wonderful night. Thanks to all involved. Go Dogs! We have momentum!

Greg Denham this morning on KB's show crapping on about how do we stop Kennedy, who plays on him etc etc. Dogs just can't win, West Coke unstoppable. He doesn't even know what the game plan is - GREG we have team defence, not one on one

That was the type of performance I thought we would bring... Because bar a couple of games that's how we play.

Said after the Freo game I wasn't concerned because we had quality on the sidelines.. Having your best players playing helps.

We bring that shit next and we give ourselves every chance... Can't wait.
