At either SA club he'd be getting zero games. They're both stocked for tall talent.
Lewie is one month older than Lachie, bit of perspective as Lachie is a rookie who completed half a pre-season and Lewis is 3 inches taller and has a lot of development required.

I’d sign him right now. I’d Have done it already. But I can see how oppo clubs would makes all sorts promises to convince him to leave.

Would be great news! Tim has had challenges this year with the ruck responsibility but he is a player who is a working progress and who we need to persist with.

Imagine a 25 year old English. That's Grundy's age now and if English gets close to that level our mids will be unstoppable. English's disposal is the best I've seen from a 200cm+ player.

Agree. Very very few clangers. A special talent.

Re: WBFC - Player Contract Status
Anyone can support a team that is winning, it takes no courage. But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you, that takes a lot of courage, so lets always be behind our boys and girls in red, white and blue.

Re: WBFC - Player Contract Status
Matt Suckling is a free agent at years end even though he hasn’t been at our club for 6+ years. The rule was changed during the latest CBA negotiations.

Re: WBFC - Player Contract Status
Bit of a segue but I'm glad that rule changed. Free agency should be about number of years in the competition, not number of years at a club.

Our tendency to fade out of games or become dominated in patches of the game stems largely from the investment we’re putting into him. Obviously that investment is made on the expectation that it’s paid back in time. I reckon he’ll be one of the top four ruckmen in the game within 2-3 years and we’ll hopefully be at the very pointy end at that time. He’s got all the tools and seems a decent guy, too.

Going by BT's opening thread this is who we have left for 2019 to contract or not. I've included 3 from the 2020 group that I would be trying to secure ahead of the remaining 2019 group.
