Re: Old news - Susan Alberti says she can die happy after seeing Western Bulldogs premiership win
Sue's a life member and will no doubt remain a supporter and get to more games than not. In fact, with the women's team, she might even be getting to more.
When you think about it, she wanted probably three things for the club:
1. A women's team and women's comp. (Done)
2. An AFL flag (Done)
3. Financial stability (Club's about to post its largest ever profit)
I'm picturing Sue dropping the mike, flicking her hair and swaggering off the stage!
Nice work, Mrs Alberti! Job done and thanks for everything.

Amazing woman, and we've been lucky to have her as VP and on our board.

I can do it if Chocomientay doesn't mind.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Re: Thank you Susan Alberti
Amazing women, is one of the most influential women to grace the AFL's history and thankfully bleeds red, white and blue.
Best of luck with her future endeavours, I see Susan taking up some sort of position with the women's league.

Re: Thank you Susan Alberti
I actually think Susan has as good a claim as anyone to next AFEL Commission opening. Only catch is she will need leave her impeccable ethics to one side, so it might not be her thing. But the maximum 4 terms at an AFL club, three as VP, putting up $4,000,000 of her hard earned, setting up a potential dynasty and essentially gave birth to the women's league as well as many other relevant accolades. That's the CV of a future AFEL Commissioner in my book.
