It's the morning after the night before. How do I get my arm out?
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

We currently have draft pick 8.

If St Kilda win or lose by under 36 points, we keep it. If Richmond smash them, we go down to draft pick 9.

Less painful to chew it off, TD.

Bloody St Kilda. Now they'll have back to back picks before us. Pricks.

Pretty insipid effort at the moment

Well Essendon got up, so beating Hawthorn wouldn't have got us into the 8
We would have had to beat both Port and Hawthorn, which would have got us 7th and away against Sydney
If we beat GWS as well, we would have finished 6th and played Port at home
If you kicked five goals and Tom Boyd kicked five goals, Tom Boyd kicked more goals than you.

Lose pick 8 by a mere 4 points to St Kilda.

Am i too cynical to think Saint's were completely aware of the situation?

They certainly seemed to stop when it was 1 goal in it

After being concerned about our low percentage all year, it looks like the only other team on the same number of wins will be St Kilda whose percentage is even lower, and we wish it was the other way around!

One pick difference is nothing. Confident we will pickup a very good player.

Hopefully we trade it and it's a non-issue.

Agree. The Saints picked Billings and left the Bont to us. Makes little difference having either 8 or 9 pick. Depends how astute the recruiter is.
