Bit tough tragic on McCartney . Crozier has been in and out at Freo his whole career, and before this year Smith has had more runs in the board , even after all those recos .

Would love Saad from GC, just what we need.

    Crozier for our Kangas pick?

Ohhhh. Foot skills. I wonder if Kolo is on the table too? I'd take GAJ for two years in the right head space and fitness too. And Peter Wright.

Imagine having a whole punch of players who can hit targets kicking inside 50. Stuff of dreams.

Was pretty happy with the BMac list legacy when Smith was BOG in a prelim win.

Yep. Clay will always be a legend of our club, we wouldn't win that game without him.

I thought of the Philosopher's Song, but that's just as good.

I was musing before that the first (and up until now) only place I'd heard of Decartes was via Monty Python, where he was referred to as a drunken fart!
Wake me up when we get to heaven, let me sleep if we're going to hell

Good luck, for your sake I hope heaven and hell are really there, but I wouldn't hold my breath

And we all found heaven - 2016 Premiers!

For me, the best thing he did was go in lower and harder against Griffen in a 50-50 that led to Daniel goaling. A player without the intensity of Smith might have lost that 50-50.

I was convinced that "I think therefore I am" meant something different to what it actually meant and used to taunt my dad with what I thought Cartesian logic meant. But I think now that I just thought that the word Cartesian sounded pretty cool.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

That's the million dollar question. The answer my friend is blown in the wind but when it blows in, we'll have a better idea but not necessarily a fact about what we may get for Jake.

The Greeks win that game unfortunately, because the referees favour logic and facts. However the Germans are much more interesting and intuitive and are looking good for the next century. Immanuel Kant is one to watch, has some lovely preconceived ideas and a beautiful kicking action. Nota bene: This German philosophers team bear little resemblance to the real German soccer team who are more like the Greek philosophers in style.oo

Don't forget the Brazillian soccer team if the '80s. They had Plato and Socrates playing for them.
