That's how I remember the Lake Oval. I went there a few times but can't remember seeing us get within 12 goals of them.

Do you remember going to Brunswick st? I don't remeber going to games there but I lived up the road for a whole in the late '80s and it was just a big mess that wasn't very well maintained. I'd be surprised if any team was playing there at the time.

Been to the occasional reserves match (that's where "kick it to Brown eye" came from) at Punt rd, and one day when we were driving past my uncle said that was where he'd seen EJ play the "most superb individual" game he ever saw a player play in 65 years of watching the game. I pestered him with questions about it from about 100 metres past Punt rd all the way back to Melton.

No way have we played 10 games in Cairns. Gold Coast haven't even been around that long.

I'm guessing the other sport clue is referring to the Junction Oval which is used for cricket now days.

Ineligible grounds that would have made the list:

Cazaly Stadium: 4-0. As is week documented, we're yet to drop a Game in Cairns.
Marrara Oval: 7-2. Darwin another happy hunting ground, but not quite 10 games.
Carrara: 5-4. Thank goodness Brisbane were so shit in the early days.
Sydney Showground: 1-1. Ahh memories...

Next in line of the old grounds were Glenferrie, Brunswick Street, Waverley and Optus Oval.

Lake Oval was thrown up, our record there was 14-27.

Bonus point: there are two grounds which we have used for one match as a home ground. Both were losses.

One is Eureka Stadium. Who knows the other?
