Debuted v Essendon in 2002 which ended in a draw. Kicked 3.2 on debut from his 5 kicks and 2 handballs. Didn't really reach any great heights after that.

I remember that game. That was a lot of fun that night. A draw is usually frustrating but Lllllooooydy missed a fairly gettable shot for goal on the siren so it ended up being a bit like getting out of jail.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Who am I ?
My VFL career commenced in the 80s and spanned 6 seasons, where I was to play with 3 different Clubs, the second of these with Footscray. Through my career I did manage to play in one preliminary final but just missed out on playing in a Grand Final.

Sounds a bit like Ian Low but he would have been more 70s than 80s. He played in a Grand Final at a different club, well he obviously wasn't going to play in any at Footscray in the 80s!

Not Ian Low TD.
And by "just missed out on playing in a Grand Final" this could mean one of two things. 1. His team missed the GF during his tenure or 2. He was not selected to play in a GF.

I just assumed 1. Hmmmm, that makes it different.

Neil Peart or Dean Chiron?
Can't remember if Peart was involved with Collingwood finals teams of 81. Chiron was at Melbourne when they rose up in 87. don't think he played in the 88 decider

Dean Chiron was a lunatic. I can remember him sitting on an opponent with a handful of his hair in his hand and bouncing his head on the ground like it was a basketball in front of the Whitten stand one day.

Well done Doctor.
Dean Chiron it is.
Started with St.Kilda, moved to Footscray in 1986 for 1 senior game and transferred to Melbourne as a tagger. He played in their infamous 1987 preliminary final against Hawthorn where Jim Stynes ran across the mark at the end of the 4th quarter, giving Buckenara the extra 15 metres needed to slot a goal for them to win the game. Melbourne did go on to play in the 1988 GF but Chiron missed their final series.

Who am I?
My football resume is incredible.
* My football career would span 3 decades
* I had won 4 senior best and fairest awards before I joined the bulldogs
* I would play interstate football for 2 states
* I played for 2 VFL clubs and kicked 2 goals in a losing grand final side

Hmmm. That's going to take some thinking about.
