Who is our ruck coach?

Reading that Minson is now ruck coach for Norf, made we wonder who is our ruck coach?

We do t have a specialised ruck coach but Steven King spends time with the rucks on their craft. Considering we have 4 might need to bring on someone in a part time role

You would imagine a couple of sessions a week would be more than enough to help King out. Rucking isn't the same craft it was when I used to see Barnes working with Minson all those years ago. I can remember when they were trying to improve Minson's marking up forward and Barnes used stand behind him and slap his arms with a long 'nurf' like padded stick.
Most of the ruck work he did with Minson was around the throw ins and of course the most important of all working with the midfield on 3 or 4 set plays in the centre square. While today it will still be about the interaction with the midfielders it's more around covering the ground and getting off for a rest each quarter.

With 2 full time ruckman in Campbell and Roughead, one with the L plates in English and 3 other options in Boyd, Schache and Trengove we could easily justify some additional support for their coaching.
