If he's run and hit him himself, he'd have gotten week, right? Even if he "didn't see the umpire".

    I mean, it's a random one.

Nick Reidwoldt keeps saying "it's a push lead" but he pushed Gardiner in the back from what I can see.

He could see Zac Bailey but not the umpire which doesn't seem right to me.

Cripps will get off. Channel 7 all but said Ah Chee should be suspended for running into him.

Two weeks. Don't know how you can appeal? On what grounds.

    Careless - lowest grade

High impact - he knocked him out

High contact - clearly got him in the head, knocked out

Only way it can happen is if the hit is deemed in play and not careless. I can't see it. However, yes there will be a massive push for him to get off.

Crowd wise, the AFL would want Carlton in the finals over us…I’m surprised he got 2 weeks and wouldn’t surprise me to see his appeal get it dropped to 1. Conspiracy theories.

If Carlton appeal and lose, is the sanction increased by a week or not?

i think he did what he did out of frustration. I was watching the game and he wasn’t happy with how it was going. Tyre was no reason for him to jump in the air like he did
