Oh well. Shame.

Weren't you also concerned about the dickhead factor at the same time? Because it looks like your concerns were borne out.

Can't be a brain fade... that requires a brain.

On paper he would have been a good fit for us being that ruck forward combo player but we have probably lucked out by not getting him.

Berry gets 1 week
The Match Review Officer (MRO) charged Berry with making "unreasonable or unnecessary contact to the eye region" of Oliver.
I will never see #16 the same!!

Only if you are Toby Greene scratching out The Bont's face.
Apparently you can press your forearm into someone's neck with the potential of stopping them from breathing, but running your fingers across the face and not even making a mark, scratch or gouge you get a week. This is really piss poor

Let's see how much mayo the MFC puts into the medical report.
Oliver wasn't impacted by it at all, let's see what they say.

This act was a fine - let that sink in. AFL are a disgrace

Are you saying Greene should have gone, and Berry should have not gone?
From what I saw of the Berry incident it was a no brainer, I can't understand any argument against.
It's a low act and deserves time. For both incidents. Greene I'd give 3, Berry 1.
As for the other incident, I agree with you but hard to compare the two.

I think the Berry one looks worse than what it looks like as Berry was under duress with the arm across his throat.
He didn't scratch at all - a fine at best

Was that blood shot eye already there? I actually don't know as didn't watch the previous week. Someone posted the scratches were there, I'm not sure if the eye damage was.
Doesn't change my opinion of a sanction, but may change how long.

Wrong eye, Berry didn't touch that eye.

Agree shouldn't touch the eyes, but I am not sure he actually gouged.
