Re: MRO Thread
Turns out that whilst Lynch gave Collins a whack to the guts that caused him obvious discomfort, it was actually Jake Aarts that gave him another midriff shot that took him down as he attempted to chase the Lynch lead.

Have to get rid of "old China ex player" as the sole adjudicator. It's laughable this system.

Re: MRO Thread
Can't help but wonder what would've ensued if Jack Redpath had pulled the same trick. Two weeks?
All power to Sam Collins and his long memory.

Jack Redpath served 4 weeks for much much less. However it did involve "Falling Leaves" Davis and a GWS medical team that somehow claimed he was afflicted by the incident. (Could only have been from flopping too hard or Sunstroke Indoors at Docklands.

I will never forgive GWS academy award acting and the MRP falling for that one. It was a disgraceful decision

Davis is pondscum. Haynes should be embarrassed playing with him.

They are the biggest pack of wankers. Cry like babies to the MRO about everything and plead like babies when it's one of their players. What they tried to pull with Haynes last year was deplorable, let alone the Redpath BS.

The coin toss rubbish showed their hand. A deeply backward deranged organisation feebly clinging onto some Machiavellian need for prelim redemption. Festering the belief one of the fairest players in the league had some sinister intentions with that injury. The way Marcus was treated in that final should be a call to arms in perpetuity against that pretence of a team.

It seems like a lifetime ago that coin toss, so much has and hasn't happened since. But, you raising it is perfect for reflection, what a contrived piece of rubbish that was as an action that demonstrated how far away from in the game their heads were.

Re: MRO Thread
And Bont just figured that it was a milestone game for Haynes, he thought absolutely nothing of the attempt to intimidate him.

That coin toss was so sad. Haynes looked like he was about to cry.
