Totally and utterly ridiculous. The club has no hope to defend this, the AFL reporting Caleb - really they have lost the plot

One of the Brisbane supporters said it was similar to a wrestling maneuver called a DDT. He said Daniel could have gotten the 3 count.
Was there any risk in challenging it? I suspect we have reluctantly accepted that Caleb was in the wrong.

Everytime we challenge we lose, so I don't blame the club.

I suspect it gives CD a week to clear his head and restart his season - hasn't had the best start.

From "incidental" contact.
We can't have players rubbed out for "incidental" contact.

Ridiculous. Everyone knows that nobody gets up from the DDT.

If you think we’ve been hard done by spare a thought for Norf (Cunnington)... that one has me completely puzzled.

Norf have to appeal that. What an horrendous MRO decision. They’ve completely lost the plot.

I mean I'm happy because it's Norf, but that is genuinely disgraceful on all other fronts.

I don't agree. Cunnington went the bump. Could have tried to tackle; could have tried to smother, but wen the bump and got his man high.

When you see it on the reversal angle (which I hadn't seen when I made the comment) you see the shoulder make contact with the chin, but the impact is extremely low and it shouldn't be a reportable offence.
