I didn't want to hijack BT's bulldog quote but I just love the raw passion and emotion of John Kennedy's "don't think, just do" speech.

DOOOO SOMETHING. DONT THINK. ACT, DONT HOPE, DOOOO JUST DO SOMETHING, SHEPHERD. BLOCK. THEN AT LEAST WHEN YOU COME OFF THE GROUND YOU CAN SAY 'I DID THIS, I SHEPHERDED, I PLAYED ON, AT LEAST I DID SOMETHING FOR THE SAKE OF THE SIDE!' DO, ACT! DON'T THINK. ACT! EYES ON THE BALL NOW IM GAME ENOUGH TO TELL YOU TO DO IT. ARE YOU GAME ENOUGH TO BACK ME UP?

The funny thing is Kennedy regards it as being the anthisis of what good coaching should be, that he's pretty much saying to the players "I give up you blokes can just make it up as you go along" when it's a coach's role to prepare his team to be competitive.
