Ugh.
A local rival as well. Would be great to get the win for Moz and put a dent in their finals chances. Will be more of a challenge this week compared to last but you never know.
Hopefully we get a good turn out from our supporters for Dale's 250th. I'll be staying at the end win, lose or draw to see him off at the end.

Four things to watch: North Melbourne v Western Bulldogs

Six points
That’s been the difference between the two sides over their past three meetings.
So, if you’re looking for something to do on Sunday, it’s worth remembering that there’s a reason that potential rule changes rarely get mentioned after the Bulldogs and Kanagroos cross swords.
The last three games between the pair have been decided by a three, one and two points, and with the Dogs’ last minute loss in round 14 still reasonably fresh, you can bet the Bulldogs will be out to make amends.
So, with the Dogs full of confidence after last week’s battering of the Saints, and the Roos playing for their finals lives, you can probably pencil in another cracker.

#Moz250
Whether at the ground or through your TV, if you listen close as the players take their positions on Sunday you’ll hear a mixture of a groan and a sigh of relief.
That groan will come from the player that Dale Morris stands next to, and the other, well that’s the other five forwards who don’t have to deal with the bloke known to his teammates as ‘The Glove’, wearing them all game.
The day Dale got a Brownlow vote
It’ll be 4859 days since Morris debuted way back in 2005 and in that time he’s crafted a reputation among fans and peers alike that is too difficult to do justice to here.
Congratulations Moz, here’s to many, many more.

Blurred lines
If you said you’d seen Dogs dasher Jason Johannisen at a local cafĂ© this week flanked by two Kangaroos, it couldn’t be immediately dismissed.
Such was the damage the 25-year-old inflicted on the Saints last Saturday night that even Luke Beveridge said post-game that he expects Brad Scott to send someone to provide a bit of extra cover come Sunday.
It was a very good game off of half back, no doubt, but he’s also shown this year that he has a few strings to his bow, and can play on the wing or forward, which will provide the Dogs a bit of crucial flexibility.
He may not (or he may) get 42 touches again on the weekend but whatever it is, you can bet he’ll be doing what the team needs him to do.
-
Rinse and repeat
How much fun was Saturday night? That third quarter… Eight goals to five behinds. Bang, bang!
It was easily the Dogs’ best performance of the year in a period of the game that has been a bit of a grind in the first 19 rounds of the year.
Key takeaways: Beveridge presser
It was only the Bulldogs fifth 3Q win of the year which sees them placed equal last in the competition next to Gold Coast and Essendon. ̶N̶o̶r̶f̶ North on the other hand are second with 14, one behind Melbourne.
Which means… we might need to dip into the trick bag again to get the job done on Sunday. But, it was another sign of what this team is capable of when it clicks.
Is it Sunday yet?

Bont falls painfully on his back in a contest Higgins had zero part in then the latter comes in to stand over Bont and give it to him while he's wincing on the ground.
Waite then blindsides Trengove high while the latter's marking the footy.
If we tolerate this shit all day I'll spew up.
