If we can wander in to training via the cafe then so can spies. It's like: lockingthe front door only keeps honest people out, the thieves know alternative entries.
Come on club, let us see the recruits and team doing pre season training. I don't want to PT from Frankston to be excluded.

When it is closed training, the cafe windows are blacked out

    Re: Preseason Training - 2019

If other club's spies really want to see training they just have to climb and watch from Scotchman's Hill. They can even see what's happening from parts of Gordon st. I don't see why they have closed sessions, I think we lose just as much as we gain.

Anyway as part of the rebuilding the ground was proclaimed a public park (the club wasn't even supposed to build a fence around it) so if you really wanted to stand up for yourself and insist on entry I can't see how they can stop you.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

That's why Essendon moved their training/drug lab facilities indoors!

    Genetic freak.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

Auditioning to be a Luke Beveridge look a like. I'd be interested to know which one of the coach or captain bench presses the most.
Rocket Science: the epitaph for the Beveridge era - whenever it ends - reading 'Here lies a team that could beat anyone on its day, but seldom did when it mattered most'. 15/7/2023

I thought Liam was strictly non-contact? I bet he just can't help himself.

Yeah he is clearly not wearing the yellow vest of protection anymore. Maybe the club was deliberately trying to dull fans expectations so they could ease him into next year?
