Inspired by the post about Malcolm Blight stating Bevo is under pressure:
Name the six active premiership coaches in the AFL.
Rocket Science: the epitaph for the Beveridge era - whenever it ends - reading 'Here lies a team that could beat anyone on its day, but seldom did when it mattered most'. 15/7/2023
Most have miscounted. Not sure which of those I missed. In any case, correct.
A painful reminder that John Worsfold and Chris Scott are premiership coaches.
Of the players that have kicked 100 goals or more for the club, only three have kicked more behinds than goals.
Name them
Could be a tough one.
Jade Rawlings
Scott West
Mitch Hahn
Western Bulldogs: 2016 Premiers
West is one of them. Rawlings got nowhere near 100 and Hahn went better than 50%.
I've just double checked the list and I've missed one. There's 4 all up.
Is Brian Royal one of them ??
bulldogs are forever not just when they are winning
Correct, correct, correct and correct.
Bernie, that's a real surprise.
Western Bulldogs: 2016 Premiers
His Fitroy numbers wouldn't match that I'm betting Mofra
576 goals
359 behinds
bulldogs are forever not just when they are winning
I can remember watching the footy as a kid with my old man. If Quinlan got his hands on the ball early and did well with his first touch the old man would say "bewdy, Bernie is on and it's going to be a good day." If Quinlan fumbled or fell over the old man would say "bugger. It's going to be a long four quarters" and dad was spot on every time.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.
