Great goal earlier from Billy, but he’s a liability.

Running > kicking at our club obviously.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

Shame we coughed a goal but that was a good quarter led by Naughtons goals

Re: WB Game Day V Richmond R7 2019
If I had a dollar every time I’ve seen gowers do those insipid push in the backs in the goal square, well, I wouldn’t be working.
Really, gowers LOOKS like a vfl player (no offence to vfl players)
I will never see #16 the same!!

Obviously. He won the B&F gut running and careless kicking. What really shits me is that I think he could be an elite player, but there's no improvement in his disposal and decision making.

Re: WB Game Day V Richmond R7 2019
Trengove doing well against Lynch in what should be a dIfficult matchup for him. Hays turns it over in the middle with an overly ambitious kick and then puts in a rather weak effort to tackle. What's he in the side for again? At least Gowers compliments his poor efforts with some good marking on occasion.

Re: WB Game Day V Richmond R7 2019
So Hayes is a trier. Is that enough for Bevo ? Coz it’s not enough for me.
And Young is a slight upgrade on R.smith....just, but we have enough tries. Like comrade said re: stack. I just can’t fathom picking Hayes (decent vfl player with avge skills), when guys like stack don’t get drafted.
When we are running and running hard, we look sensational. Imagine what a few more X factor types could do to this team.

Re: WB Game Day V Richmond R7 2019
A great first half of footy. A good second quarter of set shot kicking.
Naughton is dead set the man. That 15 minute patch in the second was just electric.
Need to keep taking our chances. We lost momentum at the end of the second so need to come out blazing.

Re: WB Game Day V Richmond R7 2019
We need to come out FIRING. Richmond got back into it, partly aided by a gift to Houli, but nevertheless they were competitive in the last 10 minutes of that quarter after being dominated up to that point. We should win this game. Libba strangely quiet.
