    Rohan Smith I think.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

According to the club site, Jordan Russell and Jamie Maddocks are development coaches and Rohan AFL Development Manager.

I guess it raises the question what data if any are we using to track and promote development. I appreciated Aussie Rules is a different, less static sport to Baseball, but there are elements where the things identified must be able to be employed. Set shot goal kicking is one. Surely we have data about how and why a player misses and what technially they are doing wrong.

Fascinating article. It's always interesting to read how the elite teams transition from one trend which catches on (Moneyball recruiting) to the next in order to find an edge.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.
