    First goal - Naughton
BOG - Hunter for us, Cripps overall.
I think them beating us last time is the reason we should win this one. That and the fact we are a much better team than them. If we played Carlton ten times they might beat us once and that was last time. We win the next 9 against them.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

I'm expecting a far better performance

Um we have lost to Carlton, Gold Coast and Norf all when favourites. I expected a far better performance previously.

    First goal: Lloyd

BOG: Libba, keep Crips to 15 touches and gets moved out of the centre.

I think there is a fair chance Naughty will get a bag of goals tonight. Lets hope Dickson and Lloyd do as well

I get the negativity we have been worse than deplorable against teams we should beat. Based on our history against bottom 4 teams this year if we get to within 16 points as above it's a positive.

Cripps etc will give their tall fwds plenty of opportunity to kick a winning score.
I will never see #16 the same!!

The negativity stems from the completely unpredictable nature of the side's performances and the way they have been belted when they've lost this year. I have very little confidence in us, I want some of that confidence back.

The side’s performance was perfectly predictable the last time they played Carlton. People were complaining as soon as the team was published.

I was talking about the fact we can play terrific footy then terrible footy, not just the last Carlton game.

we lost the Collingwood game because of ruck and CHB.

we lost to North because of ruck.

Not criticising any player but those problems were foreseeable and should not have happened.

Team selection and structure has caused the present predicament.

    Recruitment

We are also unlucky to lose Clay Smith, Picken and Tom Boyd to serious injuries (mental and Physical)
