I hate Harry Taylor and we just keep kicking it to him.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

Wonder how much the heavy conditions from last week are starting to be an issue for a few of them.

On that I agree wholeheartedly! In review those kicking inside 50 should be excoriated for the way they've placed our key forwards at a distinct disadvantage.
Tom Stewart is taking the mantle from Taylor in dining out on our profligacy going inside 50.

Helps him that he’s always got an extra teammate in the contest.

In fairness English had his hands on it and should have marked it. Thought it was a good kick to the top of the square.

Not a night for the big forwards. Hawkins struggling as well.
But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.

We missed the run from JJ in the third. Need to run at em creat space over back and bingo a great doggie win.

Looking forward - Naughton, Darcy and JUH. It will be the envy of everyone.

We need to change things around a little, get one of the talls to drag Harry Taylor away from the square. We must have someone who is a good contested mark on a smaller opponent.

Again a valid point. But what separates the Ok from the great, is at least the ability to halve a contest.
In a tight game, there have been a few chances where Schache should've taken possession and been tackled, and a ball up ensued. But his fumbliness on ground has allowed them to get out.
Yes, the bulk of blame has to go towards the bloke delivering the ball, but those few ground balls are important in the scheme of things
We are a generation away of the pure kick mark forward. He's got to be at least competent when the ball hits the deck.

Great pick up by Schache under his knees sets up a shot...

I used my intuition, I saw Naughton missing that to the left before he kicked it.
    Now he has redemption!
