Yeah our history against them spooks me. I don’t know what it is but things never seem to go right when we play them. We should beat them this year but it’ll be tough without Naughts.

We beat them in a final in 1961!
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

I could've spent a fortune on the best therapists in the land and they wouldn't come as close to pinpointing what vexes me as much as this stat.
But we're in!
Though we might've lost our leading goal kicker + most dangerous forward in the process, so therapists, you'll be hearing from me.

I mean 2010 they were the better team. 2009 they were better that year but we should have won the prelim. I suppose it was the 2015 and 2016 games that get me. I mean Clay does his ACL for the fourth time and then in 2016 we get Wally breaking his leg and Redpath doing his ACL in the same game. Yet all you heard from saints fans was how good Billings was.

I'd be happy if the season turns out like 2016 again.

There's something amusing about the idea that you're so scarred by the Bulldogs you have a rotating team of therapists you work through one by one until they get exhausted and sub a team mate in.

We may need to root for Port tonight as it’s a chance that Wood and Bruce won’t play if we need to go to Perth as their partners are expecting.

No way I want to go to Perth. WC are very difficult to beat there.

We might have had our biggest root of the season last night, but it's not over yet.
Time to re-hydrate, limber up and put in one last rooting effort tonight.
Go Power!
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

St.Kilda hasn't won a premiership for 54 years which is great news in itself. I want us to be the team that sends them packing out of the 2020 finals. It would be a good feeling. I like good feelings.

This might actually be a popular option in the MC thread.
I should leave it alone but you're not right

There's no celebration like a Charlie Dixon over-celebration.
I reckon he'd pop the jugulars and flex the double pythons if he found a good parking spot.
