EXCLUSIVE | UGLE-HAGAN SIGNS NEW BULLDOGS CONTRACT

Jamarra Ugle-Hagan has signed a new contract with the Western Bulldogs.

It can be revealed that Ugle-Hagan has put pen to paper on a new two-year deal to stay at the Whitten Oval.

The talented forward, out of contract at the end of this season, was always keen to stay at the club where has formed an excellent relationship with coach Luke Beveridge.

The new deal is a big show of faith in the direction of the club and keeps him at the Dogs until at least the end of 2026.

Having just turned 22, Ugle-Hagan had been among the most high profile out-of-contract players this year and had attracted widespread interest from across the competition.

But his signature is a big win for the Western Bulldogs, who are also working to re-sign Tim English and Bailey Smith.

Ugle-Hagan is set to return on Sunday against Hawthorn at Marvel Stadium after a two-week break due to personal reasons.

Fantastic news and oddly enough I never felt like it was in doubt.

If I was him I'd back it in for a 2 year deal and then sign the mega deal well beyond free agency with a fall back position to sign until FA.

Well according to Draper the players don’t like Bevo as coach and are leaving.

It was good to see Brad Scott give Draper a whack in his presser after the Eagles game last nigh

Yes, it can come back to kick you in the arse.
Good to see the clubs still have unwritten rules on respecting teams.
Draper just has absolutely nothing between the ears.

We can pot Draper and it's dumb to air it publicly but he's probably right.

Draper was only saying what most of us are saying anyway, it just hurts because it's the truth

Draper is a diver its recorded in last 20 seconds of the Adelaide game.

At least he puts his body on the line when it matters.

I also feel for him as good on him for saying what he thinks rather than tow the standard line that most players and commentators do.

Much like Cornes people have a lot of hate for him as he has controlversial views but a lot if it is the truth. It is just that people don't like it when it is about their own club.
