Eddie McGuire trying to get players off
    Seriously
The whole result based outcome on an incident is Totally insane
Players keep beating head high contact charges , it will keep happening

I'm waiting for the typical pro-Essendon media to start thier subtle but not so subtle campaign to get Shiel off.

and even the report of him getting 2 weeks referred to the incident as a tackle.....

He is lucky to get only 2, that was pretty shocking. Ran straight past the ball to collect a player

Bombers will go in with no Heppell, Stringer or Shiel. Shiel will be a big loss. He has been their best this season.

If we let them rebound from 50 at will and then set up as high defensively as we did v Carlton, then yup, he'll have a field day.

Just a reminder that today is the 6th Anniversary of Essendon's last win over the Bulldogs.

Surprised he still has a licence. I heard he was borderline flying during the pre-season.
